Adaptive Training
This is our most VALUED platform for change. Whether you are a paraplegic, quadraplegic, or have IDD, we want you to know, there is a place for you here. With very little facilities who offer services to adaptive clients, we offer a wide variety of training modalities including Private Training and Semi-Private. Senior Fitness
This is where our HEART lies. We want more and more people who are 65+ to join our community. Whether it’s for private or semi-private training, or just simple text messages to help you stay on track, we want you to know that EXERCISE is the only way to combat disease and early signs of death. Semi-Private Training
Our most UTILIZED platform for change. This is just one tiny notch below our private training. The same qualities of the pinnacle of fitness training. The only difference is One-Three-on-One in the same class setting. If you prefer training with one more person, this is the best option for you. Semi-Private Training will never exceed three people with One Coach.
Virtual Private Training
This is our ALTERNATIVE platform for change. With many of our clients living all over the country, we can easily and efficiently give you the highest level of programming, nutrition guidance, time, and accountability through our virtual training programs. Click the link to sign up!
